The email address Users provide for account payment transactions, will only be used for that purpose of setting up the on-line bill pay account. MHR Holding Group, LLC may send them information and updates pertaining to their account if the need for contact arises. MHR Holding Group, LLC does not have access to customer initiated and created on-line bill pay username and password combinations. The customer is the only one to whom this information is available. If the customer should forget a password to an account they have already created, MHR Holding Group, LLC can only do a simple account reset as a courtesy and the customer goes in and sets up account user and password themselves.

Our Site and payment portal link site are in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Returns/Exchanges;

The payment portal is used solely for customer initiated account payments. No general merchandise is ordered and sold to a customer. Therefore, returns, restocking fees, and exchanges are not applicable.

Refunds;

If a customer initiated and generated payment was processed in error by the customer via the MHR Holding Group, LLC payment portal, and the customer is in need of a void or refund for that transaction, the customer would simply contact MHR Holding Group, LLC by visiting our contact us page and submit the request. An account manager will ensure the request is submitted to the accounting department and the accounting department will process and communicate status with the customer directly until the request for refund or transaction void is complete to customer satisfaction.
